Booking Conditions:
Deposit: Non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost of your tour plus any airfares, accommodation and other services that require advance purchase must be paid on confirmation of booking.

Final Payment: Required no later than 24 hours prior to full day tours and 7 days prior to tours. Most major Credit Cards are accepted for payment subject to a 5% processing fee.

Cancellations: Half or full day tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to departure will be charged the full value of the confirmed tour. Cancellations advised prior to the above deadlines will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the tour value plus any non-refundable charges made by any other included travel service provider.

Refunds: Subject to Cancellation Conditions with no refund available on any unused portion of your tour.

Changes to your tour cost and itinerary: Your tour cost and itinerary are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or increase in costs.

Tour group sizes: For your ultimate comfort, our luxurious 7 Seat Chrysler Grand Voyagers are recommended to carry 5 passengers and our Chrysler 300C or Holden Statesman 3 passengers. Additional vehicles are available and special arrangements can be made to provide larger vehicles to suit groups of 7 or more Special group discounts are available depending on the size of the group.

Air and Sea Services: All tours that include air or sea travel are subject to the normal conditions of carriage of the service provider. A copy of these conditions is available on request.

Admission fees: Unless otherwise stated, admission fees are included on all tours.

Safety and Comfort: Seat belts must be worn at all times while our vehicles are in motion. Smoking is not permitted inside our vehicles.
